Maggie, Richard and Jonathan- Portrait Session

This was a portrait session with Maggie and her brothers for a x-mas gift to their parents.

Ten Eyck Tuesdays.

This past Tuesday I was invited to a awesome workshop hosted by Carla Ten Eyck a very talented CT photographer. It was a privilege to be welcomed into her home and her kind heart along with her massive amounts of photographic skill.
The day began with smiles and laughs but still remained a serious learning environment, we were pulled by the neck out of our comfort zones and continued to learn new ways to shoot and interact all day long. It was a wonderful learning experience as the workshop started with a lecture including a basic overview, tips and more. Then we moved to the outdoors with her partner Mike and His big buddy Max. they were great and you could really tell that it was true love ;). They modeled for us and pretty much let us do as we pleased. Again I will mention it was a fun filled time with a great teacher, great models and great workshop pals, we pretty much laughed all day especially at the end when we did a group shot that Mike took and did exactly what Carla was teaching us all day and the best part it was so natural to him he didn't even realize it. I feel we all learned from each other and I will never forget this experience.

Super Surprise from My fiance Maggie

So to my surprise Maggie entered me into a contest to work with a awesome photographer, Carla Ten Eyck. She is a super sweet, open minded person with a big heart. Turns out I am one of 4 that will be doing a workshop with her on Dec.2nd I can't wait. I can't wait to post some of the photos from it. Check out her totally fab work HERE.

Paul's Family Photo Shoot

This was a fun shoot. This is going to be a part of a X-mas present for their grandma. So sweet. We had a blast even though it was super cold and windy. Everyone stuck it out and we go some great shots. Some of the Photos tell you how cold it was (everyone was huddleing together) hehe. :)

Nikki and Paul

This was a shoot for Nikki and Pauls 1 year wedding anniversary, Congrats guys. It was a bit cold out but they were troopers and survived the cold windy weather. over all it was a fun but cold time. :)
