Monday we did a shoot in the woods with Lynette. It was a mix of portrait/ fashion photos. She sported a camo mini dress and blended in well with the surrondings. We had a great time, I love the outdoors so it was a fun shoot. We all enjoyed the hike and shoot.

Today we had a awesome shoot with Melissa, absolute fun with a wedding dress. We went deep into the woods for a great, fall nature theme. I love shooting outdoors, there is soooo much more freedom than in a studio.

Here are a few of the Boudoir party session that went on last sunday.

Boudoir Session

Sunday 10-19-08 we Began our journey into Boudoir photography. We had a shoot with 5 women that were excited to model. 

What is Boudoir Photography? 

It is a way for women or men to be photographed they way that they feel, Sexy, Intelligent, Edgy, and Classy. 
With the rapid comeback of this art as well as pin-up photography, co-existing with the wedding and fashion industry makes this a great time to have a makeover and make it a sexy one. These photographs could be a wedding day gift to your partner, anniversary, birthday, or any other special day, or even to rekindle that flame in your relationship.

Women tend to wear lingerie and are in a bedroom setting. 

The shoot we did took place in a bedroom as well as using some backdrops with standing poses. The options are countless and very fun.

Jennifer's Bridal Shower

On 10-12-08 we shot Jen's bridal shower that was held at the stone barn in Monroe, CT. It was a blast with excellent people. It was a surprise shower and She seemed to be in shock and aww when she arrived. Everyone was great completely cooperative even though I was the only male in the room. ;).

After the dinner they had a toilet paper bride contest which consisted of making a bridal gown out of toilet paper, it was a Creative game in which the winner took home one of the center peices.

The theme was a tropical beach paridise with a awesome sand castle cake. Cupcakes with small umbrellas and many other excellent ideas to help set the ambiance.

I think everyone that attended the shower enjoyed themselves and especially the bride-to-be.

Photoshop CS4 closer and closer to release.

September 23rd was the announcement of the New Photoshop, the actual release date is scheduled for somewhere near the end of October. Don't worry I have already pre-ordered and am on the shipment list.

This was a fast update due to the relase of CS3 which was only released about a year or so ago. But Adobe tells us that the updates are completely worth it, and I can not wait. I have seen many oreviews and insights and it looks like it will be a great new edition to the technology of photography.
